The focus would be the areas to be covered under audit from the regulators point of view so that there is no divergence in the assessment of an UCB made by RBI and its internal/Concurrent /statutory auditors Services.
Other key areas under study would be developments in banking and financial services, marketing research and product decisions, new product development, pricing and promotion development banking.
Issue such as competitive strategy for cooperative banking, customer management, customer profitability, customer centric culture for bank, brand management in banks, and technology and bank marketing, business diversification, market expansion and business enhancement are going to be taken up.
Several Chairmen, members of board, senior functionaries of urban cooperative banks including Managing Director, CEOs and supervisory staffs are going to participate in the function.
