NCUI President Chandra Pal Singh Yadav is enthused by the speech Prime Minister Narendra Modi made on the occasion of Laxmanrao Inamdar birth century. Yadav feels the perception of govt and its representatives will change after this speech.
Modi had said in his remark that co-operative can bring about a change in the life of poor people as he exhorted cooperators to think out of box where co-ops can play a role.
Cooperative world and its leaders heaved a sigh of relief when they heard the Prime Minister talk high about the model cooperative per se, even though Modi warned against getting entrapped in the structure of co-operative rather than its spirit.
Yadav said “it is clear that the Prime Minister thinks co-op can bring about a fundamental change in the rural life.”
