NCCE has conducted many training programs and nothing has developed so far and still 0% development in cooperative movement. It seems like that training program are conducted for name shake just to complete the calendar program to reach annual target to submit the utilization certificate to ease fund uses. Facility provided during training and NCCE hostel facility and food is not good.
