The apex body of India’s cooperatives National Cooperative Union of India has invited the ICA President and more than 10 delegates from Argentina at its headquarters to interact with Indian cooperators and policy makers.
ICA President Dr Areil Guarco along with a delegation of COOPERAR is visiting Delhi from 17-19 February 2019 to interact with key representatives of the cooperative sector in India.
All the chairmen and MDs of national apex co-op federations of the country have been invited to meet Guarco held as the mukhiya of cooperatives at global level. ‘We are excited to meet him”, confessed a few cooperators to Indian Cooperative.
In an invitation sent to Indian Cooperative, NCUI wrote, “the apex body of cooperatives National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) is hosting a meeting to interact with the ICA President & delegates of ICA member organizations in India, key representatives of the cooperative sector and senior policymakers of the Nodal Ministry of the Government of India in the Board Room of NCUI”.
ICA was founded in 1895 and is the one of the oldest non-governmental organisations and the apex body of around 3 million cooperatives across the world. As an authoritative exponent of cooperative principles and opinion, ICA is the most outstanding brand of cooperatives in the world.
Earlier, on Sunday IFFCO had hosted a lunch for ICA President Dr Areil Guarco along with other members of the delegation of COOPERAR from Argentina. Besides the ICA and IFFCO team, lone outside participants in this luncheon were NCDC MD and Biscomaun Chairman.
