NCUI: Dr Dinesh rubbishes NCCT story

Dr Dinesh Chief Executive of National Cooperative Union of India told Indian Cooperative that the issue of Rs 5 crore loan from NCCT is a fictional story as nothing of this sort has ever happened.

“Who told you and how can you say that the issue has been hanging in balance for a long time? NCUI has never taken any loan from NCCT”, retorted Dr Dinesh.

When Indian Cooperative pointed out that NCCT Secretary Mohan Mishra has been evasive on the issue and said that it is an old matter, Chief Executive said “Mr Mohan Mishra is not here and I would definitely clarify the matter when he returns to office”.

Dr Dinesh also raised doubt on the news-worthiness of Central Registrar writing letters. “What is big deal about it we receive letters from various governmental departments every day. Is it worth reporting”, he asked.

But the Chief Executive failed to clarify if there is any difference between a routine letter and a letter of import.
What is palpably clear is that all is not well between NCCT and NCUI.
