The mega event will be inaugurated by Shri Mohanbhai Kalyanjibhai Kundariya Union Minister of State (Agriculture) and veteran cooperator who is presently Minister of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj in Karnataka H K Patil would be present on the ocassion.
Besides, Shri H.S. Mahadeva Prasad, Minister of Cooperation and Sugar, G.T. Devegowda, MLA, Chairman, Karnataka State Cooperative Federation , K.Sriniwasa Gowda, Chairman, IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company and Dr. B.S. Vishwanathan, Chairman, Management Committee, Regional Institute of Cooperative Management are also scheduled to grace the occasion as Guests of Honour.
The Inaugural Function will be presided over by Dr. Chandra Pal Singh Yadav, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) who also doubles as the Chairman, National Council for Cooperative Training.
In total six Technical Sessions will be held during the Colloquium. The technical sessions are conceived to discuss various aspects of training to make it more effective. The eminent speakers from NCCT and GIZ, GERMANY will discuss technical sessions detailing an overview of Cooperative Training and systematic approach to training and Capacity Building for Cooperatives on the first day.
The 22nd March, 2015 second day of colloquium will start with the Technical Session on Training needs assessment by Cooperative Training Institutions- Systematic approach will be handled by the eminent speaker Prof. Nanditesh Nilay, Chairman, ISTD Diploma, Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Delhi. Another two Technical Session on Designing and Conduction of Training Programmes for effective training and Feedback & Evaluation of Training will be handled by another eminent speaker Prof. B. Thyagraj of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Bengaluru.
Keeping in view of the developments taking place in the economy another technical Session on Diversification of training in vocational and skill development field by cooperative training institutions, which is very relevant for strengthening the JCTCs in the changing scenario will also be discussed in the Colloquium by the eminent speaker.
The Colloquium will conclude with the experience sharing and feed back of the participants about Colloquium . For the closing function of the colloquium many eminent personalities of Cooperative and other sector has been invited.
Earlier, the first colloquium was successfully organized by NCCT on 31st January and 1st February 2014 at New Delhi. Around 200 participants had attended the colloquium, which was organized for the first time in the history of the NCCT, claimed a Press Release.
