The NCCE recently organized a training program on Cooperation and Cooperative Management for the personnel of IFFCO Unit, Aonla. The aim was to provide the participants with information about cooperatives.
The program was inaugurated by Diwakar Mishra, Joint General Manager. Several Senior officers were present in the session.
In his remarks, Mishra said the IFFCO is a cooperative organization and the responsibility of every employee is to know about the management system and working environment of cooperatives. He suggested the MSCS Act, 2002 and IFFCO Management should be included in the discussions.
Dr. V.K. Dubey, Director, NCUI spoke about the importance of training programs and their schedules.
About 28 participants attended the program and all of them expressed their satisfaction over the training program.
NCCE had recently organized a 3 day training programme recently in New Delhi, in collaboration with NAFCUB, in which about 47 participants from all over the country participated.
The training programme was aimed at up-gradation of knowledge and skills of the participants on Digital Banking & Cyber Security. Board members and managers of Urban Cooperative Banks & Thrift & Credit Cooperatives present in the programme are believed to have profited from this, claimed a press release from NCCE.
Every week we conduct at least two training programmes, claimed NCCE Head V K Dubey to Indian Cooperative. The aim of the training programme is to refresh and hone leadership skills of co-op body members by educating them on various aspects of governance like cooperative ideology, and accounting etc, Dubey claimed.
