I congratulate the NCUI for having organised the Workshop. While many topics have been covered, during the deliberations, the organisers should have brought out that the Indian CoOp Movement is stagnating for over two decades ( even though the number of CoOps keeps rising year after year ) and is being deprived of playing an effective role in socio – economic development of the Country.
