Bhopal ICM claims to have launched the second mobile apps”Cooperative Management” recently in Bhopal. This apps is an upgraded version of its earlier avatar “Coop ICM Bhopal”. This app has been released for both android and window phone platform, claimed A. K. Asthana.
The objective of this apps is to enhance the learning process in Cooperative Management on digital platform. This is also aimed at bridging gaps in conventional learning in cooperation by digitalization of learning, says Asthana.
“The Cooperative Management” version 2.0.0 has been enriched in content and made dynamic and functional. This contains a segment on “Cooperative Law” and “Cooperative Administration” besides “Cooperation” to give complete information about cooperative ecosystem in India”, claimed Asthana.
The “Cooperative Law” segment provides information on History of Cooperative legislations, Registration process of cooperative society, Bye-laws and amendment in bye-laws, Settlement of disputes, Execution of decree and awards etc.
Another segment on the “ Cooperative Administration” provides information on Important power of Registrar and Government, Membership of cooperative societies, General body meeting, Election to management committee and Offences and penalties etc. “The Cooperation” segment provides information about Meaning of cooperation, Principles and values of cooperation, the Cooperative Movement in India, Major Recommendations on Cooperation etc
Apps developer Dr A.K. Asthana, informed that there was demand from users of previous apps to broaden its scope and make it functional. The content of two new sections is based on the 97th Constitutional Amendment. It is distributed free at Google Play and Window Store. The developer has also attempted to make this Apps more interactive and functional by adding four levels of “Cooperative Quiz”.
Based on the information given in the “Cooperation”, Cooperative Law” and “Cooperative Administration” quiz has been developed to self test the knowledge and understanding in the particular section. An “ANS” button is given to check correct answers.
