Nafed election goes uncontested

For the first time in four years Indian Cooperative erred on reporting on Nafed election and rushed with the list of valid nominations as elected candidates. We regret the mistake and seek your apologies. Here is the final list of candidates who stand elected after withdrawal of nominations-Editor

The office of the Returning Officer has pasted a final list of valid nominations of the candidates after withdrawal on Friday evening at 5 pm.

There would be about three government nominees on the Board.

C.B.Holkar who is seen as close to former Union Minister Sharad Pawar bowed out of race after a long inning at Nafed. He is also one of the cooperators against whom recovery notice is in force.
