A new publication Aap aur Aapki Awas Sahakarita’ brought-out by NCHF Secretariat was released by Shri Deep Chand Sharma, Former Chairman, NCHF at the Annual general Body meeting of NCHF in New Delhi.
This publication written by Dr.M.L.Khurana, Managing Director, NCHF is intended to benefit the prospective members – those who want to form housing cooperative or join the existing housing cooperatives. It also intends to be of help to those engaged in member education programme in housing cooperatives.
It deals with housing problems, ways and means to solve them through cooperative methods, cooperative principles, advantages and types of housing cooperatives, bye-laws, registration of housing cooperatives, rights and duties of members, management and avoiding mismanagement in housing cooperatives.
