The 20th Annual General Meeting of Keshav Sehkari Bank was held at Maharashtra Rangayan, Nutan Marathi Senior Secondary School, Paharganj in New Delhi last week. BJP stalwart and head of its cooperative cell Shayam Jaju participated in the AGM.
The bank has two branches in the national capital region and earned a net profit of Rs 62 lakh. The Bank has given 12 percent dividend to its members as against 15 percent in the last year.
Addressing delegates bank chairman Jai Parkash Gulati, a chartered accountant by profession welcomed the delegates and informed them about the steps taken for the growth of the bank.

Chief Executive Officer, K. K. Sharma presented details of special achievements viz. Capital, Number of Shareholders, Deposits, Loans, Profits etc. made during the FY 2015-16. He also presented the Annual General Report, Audit report, Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Account and distribution of Profits which were discussed and approved.
Members and the Board of Directors made suggestions for the development and growth of the Bank. Bank Vice Chairman Mahendra Gupta proposed a vote of thanks.
