Meanwhile, it is learnt that 85 percent of electricity produced by Chausa Plant will be consumed by the state of Bihar.
Earlier, KRIBHCO entered into JV to produce 156 MW of electricity at Mora near Hazira in Gujarat at the cost of Rs 613 crore. The plant is operational since 2002.
