The fertilizer cooperative IFFCO is leaving no stone unturned in creating awareness among the farmers about the Nano Urea and organizing Kisan Goshthis (Seminars) in different parts of the country.
These seminars are becoming a big hit among the farmers where IFFCO officials teach them about the use of Nano Urea and its importance for the crops.
One of the programs was organized at the Bhilwara district of Rajasthan in which more than 300 farmers participated. The organizers also distributed bottles of Nano Urea among the participants.
In Bihar’s Bhagalpur district, a training program was organized, in which representatives from 125 PACS, Vyapar Mandal, IFFDC and others were present. On this occasion, Nano Urea, Water Soluble Fertilizer and the government schemes were explained.
IFFCO is not only involved in creating awareness about the Nano Urea but urging farmers to replace traditional Urea with this. The fertilizer cooperative IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi shared details of a farmer Jagdish Khalia of Khothanwali from the village in Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan who bought 40 bottles of Nano Urea from the sale counter of Goluwala Sale Purchase cooperative society.
Sharing the details of different seminars being organized at different parts of the country, in one of his tweets Awasthi wrote, “For creating awareness about the IFFCO Nano Urea, Kisan Goshthi was organized in the villages of Madhya Pradesh in which more than 200 farmers participated. Information was given on methods of using IFFCO Nano Urea, Sagarika and Soluble Fertilizers”, he wrote.
Readers would recall that IFFCO’s Nano Urea also found a mention in the Prime Minister’s Red Fort speech on the 76th Independence Day.
Earlier, this year the Prime Minister had dedicated Nano urea to the nation in an impressive program held in Gujarat. Calling it futuristic, Modi said Nano Urea is a perfect example of Atma Nirbhar Bharat.
