Ever since BISCOMAUN Chairman Sunil Singh broke the news of IFFCO Chairman’s demise Monday evening on the WhatsApp group known as “Bharatiya Sahakari Samvad”, the group has been flooded with condolences messages for the departed soul.
The case has been same with another WhatsApp group run by Sahakar Bharati Karyakartas, known as “Bina Sahakar Nahi Sanskar”. There are three four more WhatsApp groups run by co-operators of different regions which have recorded a number of reactions on the sad news. “Greetings Group” run by co-operators from South India has also seen many posts on IFFCO Chairman’s passing away.
NCUI President and IFFCO’s Vice-Chairman Dileep Sanghani tweeted his shock by writing “came to know about Nakai Saheb’s demise, May God give strength to the family to bear this. Kribhco Chairman Chandra Pal Singh was also stunned when the news came. “I have many fond memories with him; he was a peace-maker and a true co-operator”, said Chandra Pal.
Biscomaun Chairman Sunil wrote “came to know the news of IFFCO Chairman B S Nakai saheb’s demise. I offe condolences on behalf of Biscomaun and on the behalf of the cooperative fraternity of Bihar”.
NCUI President’s Secretary Ved Prakash Setia responded soon “Very sad. Om shanti”. Arti Bisaria wrote “Very sad news”. Sushil Rathi from Dehradun said “very sad news indeed”.
Dan Singh Rawat Uttarakhand State Coop Bank wrote “shocking news indeed. RIP”. Nafscob’s MD Bhima Subramanyam wrote “OM SHANTHI” and Ramesh Chaubey of Bihar State Coop Bank said “may God give him a place at His feet and strength to the family to bear this.
NCUI’s former CE N Satyanarayan wrote “May his soul rest in peace. Woman co-operator Asha Sengar said very sad news indeed. She recalled how sincerely Nakia Sir prepared for different co-op events. His memories will stay on, she added. NCCF former Chairman Birender Singh also expressed shock at the news.
Meanwhile, condolences have poured from across the globe for the departed soul. ICA President Ariel Gaurco, former President, DG and many other international co-operators have paid their tributes.
Several Union Ministers including Amit Shah, Narendra Singh Tomar and B L Verma have condoled his death. IFFCO organised a Condolence meeting for the departed soul Tuesday morning where almost all its top bosses led by MD Dr U S Awasthi were present.
