Dr U S Awasthi visited NCUI’s campus a day prior to AGM to take stock of the preparations for the Wednesday. Billed as Cooperative Kumbh, the entire machinery of IFFCO could be seen at work making it a success.
If Tarun Bhargava was seen running helter- skelter to various stalls being put up in the NCUI campus, Cooperative Relations Director A K Singh-the man who is ultimately responsible for the mega show was seen brooding over near the dais if enough light is there
And then it is 6 in the evening when IFFCO MD Dr Awasthi enters the campus with Senior Directors R P Singh and Yogendra Kumar to have the last minute assessment of the preparations. Awasthi visits all-places – stalls, dais and the place where eating arrangements have been made. Accompanied by a posse of IFFCO officials, Dr. Awasthi improvises here, modifies there on his round of the venue.
