After four and a half years of the murder of wife of Chairman of a cooperative bank , the accused have been sentenced to life term in the Gopalganj district of Bihar.
A local court sentenced two persons to life imprisonment in connection with murder of a woman in Bihar’s Gopalganj district about four and half years ago.
Additional District and Sessions Judge J P Mishra found Anil Tiwari and Manish Tiwari guilty of murdering Urmila Upadhyay, wife of a former cooperative bank chairman Ramji Upadhyay and awarded life-term to both of them.
Urmila was beaten to death by the two at Masanthana village under Yadavpur police station in the district on March 29, 2007.
