NFCSF: Shah to give away Efficiency Awards to performing sugar co-ops

The National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories (NFCSF) has announced a significant triple event, set to take place on Saturday, August 10, 2024.

The highlight of the event will be the presentation of the Efficiency Awards to select cooperative sugar factories that have demonstrated exceptional performance in various fields.

The event, scheduled at the prestigious Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, 15 Janpath Road, Windsor Place, New Delhi, will begin at 2:00 P.M. and will include the Annual General Body Meeting, Technical Seminars, and the National Efficiency Award Ceremony.

These awards, a prestigious recognition within the industry, will be presented by Shri Amit Shah-Ji, the Hon’ble Home and Cooperation Minister, Government of India.

The NFCSF, as the apex body representing 260 cooperative sugar factories and 9 state federations across India, bestows these awards to acknowledge the achievements of its member mills in enhancing efficiency and excellence.

Given the significance of the sugar and bio-energy industries, which form the country’s second-largest agro-based sector, the event is expected to draw high-level participation.

Chairmen and Managing Directors of cooperative sugar factories from across India, along with concerned ministers, Members of Parliament, and other dignitaries, are anticipated to attend.

The technical seminars will provide a platform for discussing various challenges and advancements within the industry, making it an important event for stakeholders. The NFCSF aims to use this occasion to foster dialogue and share best practices, contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the cooperative sugar sector in India.

The event promises to be a milestone gathering, celebrating the achievements of the cooperative sugar industry and addressing its future challenges.
