The National Centre for Cooperative Education (NCCE) at the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) Campus, New Delhi, has inaugurated its Certificate Course on Financial Accounting and Taxation, marking the beginning of a transformative journey for 29 enthusiastic participants from diverse states.
