On the occasion of Republic Day, news has poured in from across the country about cooperative leaders celebrating the 72nd Republic Day with great enthusiasm.
From national level Cooperatives to state level to district level to village level, co-ops have hoisted the national flag at their respective premises and celebrated the day with full gusto.
In his message on the occasion, National Cooperative Union of India President Dileepbhai Sanghani said, ““On this day I urge fellow co-operators to take an oath to take cooperative movement to newer heights. Happy Republic Day!”
IFFCO Managing Director Dr U S Awasthi wished the country through social media and wrote, “Heartiest Greetings & Best Wishes of Republic Day to everyone. Let’s pledge to increase agriculture output in terms of quality & quantity for our food security. Let’s also work together to strengthen the cooperatives of the country for good economic growth”.
On the occasion, Kribhco official twitter handle wrote, “KRIBHCO wishes everyone a very happy 72nd #RepublicDay ; let’s embrace and celebrate the spirit of #WeThePeople & work towards a better tomorrow”.
On the occasion of Republic Day, NCDC’s MD Sundeep
Biscomaun Chairman, Dr Sunil Kumar Singh also sent his R Day greetings to fellow co-operators. He hoisted the national flag with the board members and other officials at the Biscomaun’s headquarters in Patna.
Similarly, Uttarakhand based Haridwar District Central Cooperative Bank and Udhamsingh Nagar DCCB board members and officials hoisted the tricolor to celebrate the Republic Day. The event at the premises of Udhamsingh Nagar DCCB was attended by its Chairman Yogendra Singh Rawat and at Haridwar DCCB it was led by Susheel Rathi.
Virendra Kumar Tiwari, Chairman of Uttar Pradesh State Construction and Labor Development Cooperative Union (UPCLDF) hoisted the flag at Lucknow and conveyed greetings to the officers and employees who were present on the occasion. He shared the news through social media with photographs.
