G H Amin, an eminent cooperative leader has yet again been elected Chairman of Aslali Seva Sahakari Mandli for the period of five years i.e. from 2022 to 2027 unopposed. This is his ninth consecutive victory.
Amin thus has been holding the prestigious position of the Chairman of Aslali Seva Sahakari Mandli for the last 25 years and offering his services, reads a press release.
It bears recall that G H Amin, a practicing lawyer in Gujarat High Court has been the Chairman of the State Co-operative Union for several terms. He has been active in organizing training programs for the co-operators in the state through the union, say his associates.
Amin is also the Chairman of the State Credit Cooperative Federation. Being in the Governing Council of the national apex body NCUI, Amin has also served it as both president and vice-president in the past.
Due to his closeness with Bhupendra Patel, Chief Minister of Gujarat Amin got the CM to attend a grand celebration held on the occasion of the completion of 115 years of Aslali Seva Sahakari Mandli recently. Patel inaugurated the event which was attended by a large number of
dignitaries and prominent people.
It was on this occasion that a completely renovated building of Aslali Seva Sahakari Mandli was named after G H Amin as ” Shri Ghanshyam Amin Sahakar Bhavan ” informs a press release.
Aslali Seva Sahakari Mandli has performed well since its inception to date and has earned a profit of Rs 83 lacs for the current year. Mandli has paid and distributed a 15% dividend to its 500 members.
This Mandli is holding the topmost position in the district with its state-of-the-art building and digital services. The entire credit for the same goes to its Chairman Ghanshyambhai Amin and the Board of Directors of Mandli.
