Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan in a meeting with NABARD chairman has urged Nabard to extend technical cooperation and financial assistance for computerization of cooperative banks in the state, according to a report by Business Standard.
Chauhan said the state government can get loans worth Rs 10,000 crore in next three years if NABARD reduces interest rate under infrastructure development assistance scheme from 10.57 per cent to 9 per cent.
He said that NABARD will start skill development project with cooperation of NIIT at Nasrullahganj in Sehore district.
