As soon as the news of the re-appointment of Union Minister Amit Shah as the Cooperation Minister was made public, it sparked a wave of joy and excitement within the cooperative sector. Known as someone who understands the sector intimately, co-operators across the country wasted no time in congratulating Shah on his re-appointment and heaved a sigh of relief that the reforms in the cooperatives will continue unabated.
