Reacting sharply to Shahi’s utterances that Biscomaun Chairman has forgotten the legacies of legendry Tapeshwar Singh, Sunil Singh mailed photographs from archives and said while his own relatives forgot him it was he (Sunil) who got the statues raised in the honor of Tapeshwar Babu and Naval Babu at the Biscomaun headquarters near Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
“I even invited his wife and son to be a part of the event when his statue was being unveiled. Giriraj Singh was also there”, said Sunil while mailing the photographs.
Defending himself further Sunil said the invite sent to all mentions offering floral tributes to the great leader on 27th February before dinner at the revolving restaurant. Biscomaun always remembers the great man but those who have benefitted directly from him seem to pay merely lip service to his cause, added Sunil.
And so far as including Shahi’s name in the reception committee is concerned, please ask the man to come clean; did he not put pressure on me through a dozen of PACS Chairmen who pleaded for his inclusion in the mega show, asked Sunil Singh.
