The Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM) in Pune is hosted an important training programme for personnel from Indian Potash Limited (IPL) and the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) on August 28-29, 2024. This two-day event aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of professionals in the Western Zone of India.
The programme was officially inaugurated by a distinguished group of speakers. Shri U R Tijare, Senior Marketing Manager at IFFCO (Pune), Maharashtra, opened the event with a warm welcome to the participants. He emphasized the significance of continuous professional development within the cooperative and agricultural sectors.
The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Hema Yadav, Director of VAMNICOM, who underscored the crucial role that effective marketing strategies play in the agricultural sector. Her insights set a motivational tone for the sessions to follow.
Following the keynote, Dr. R.V. Singh, State Marketing Head of IFFCO Gujarat, and Dr. Sayaji Patil, State Marketing Head of IPL Maharashtra, provided a thorough overview of current trends and future directions in marketing services within the cooperative sector. Their presentation aimed to equip participants with advanced strategies and best practices.
