The registered member of the flat is no more. No nomination or will is made by him. His family of four adults is residing in the flat. No maintenance has been paid for long. Who can be tried under section 101?

Section 101 is not a Section for any trial. It is to secure a Certificate of Recovery as a Land Revenue. This is chargeable to Property if no one claims the ownership of the flat.
