Earlier I had taken suggestion from you to register a MSCS and I had prepared all doc and submitted at Central Registrar but they refused to register and asked for to submit a NOC from concerned states (UP & Delhi) and verification report on chief promoter / promoter members.
My all docs are correct( I checked with office) sir please let me help and know the obtain NOC & process of verification (what actually they verify its a physical verification of promoters or only chief promoter or only docs verified. and if any other process is there please help me. I am the chief promoter of the proposed cooperative.

Asking NOC is outside the purview of Law, This is their own Rule. You can file an appeal to authority higher than the one who is asking for NOC.
