I Prakash M Kanive and my colleagues are interested in opening a co-operative bank. We are 10 in number. We will have a promoters meeting and we are based in Bangalore.
Our query is regarding share capital. We are layman so please tell us whether we promoters should pay the whole capital share amount? How to include members and how much should they pay?
How much is the minimum share capital needed to open a co-operative bank?
