The current share certificate has wife first and husband second in the share certificate.
I would like to reverse the order to Husband first and wife second. What procedure do I have to follow?
Sale deed is in joint name, Wife first and husband second.

You have to transfer your stake in the shares and your interest in the capital/property of the society to your wife. It will not attract transfer fee/premium but you will have to register the transfer deed which will mean stamp duty and registration fee depending on the value of the flat. So whether the swap is worth that costs or not that you have to evaluate.
