Our CGHS has 50 members. CD of flats has been executed in favour of 46 owners of flats. The same will be done in favour of two of the four remaining members. Two members are not interested in CD for reasons better known to them.
My questions are ;
1.Can CGHS force CD on those who are avoiding it ?
2.Is it mandatory for RCS to wind up a cghs after its objectives have been met, as in the case of our cghs ?
3.Members would like to go for a RWA which seems to provide more freedom to its members and less hold on them by MC. Will it be a wise decision. Is it a wise demand by members ?
