How can we expel or suspend registrar of Co-operative housing society in Maharashtra other than the process of no confidence motion as given in MCS Act 1960?

I hope you do not mean the Registrar of Cooperative Societies who is appointed by the State Government.
You must have in mind an office bearer of CHS in Mumbai.
There is no other way.
