I have a flat at Marol 560 sq. ft. I have given on rent and society charging subletting charges Rs.216, Muncipality charges Rs.2852(quarterly), Maintenance Rs.2175, Repairing fund Rs.762 and sinking fund Rs.255.
Now in AGM, they have decided who ever giving flats on rent, will pay Rs.5000 as deposit to the society which is non-refundable and no parking for rented flat people.
What law says in this matter?
