In our apartment the adhoc committee president was not the owner of any flat during the time of formation of association. But somehow he become the president of association with the help of Registrar and nominating his relatives as office bearers . As per bye law one must be a owner to become office bearer. How to bar this person from teh association legally.

At least 20% of members should requisition Special General Bidy Meeting as bye Laws to discuss the selection of new Committee as the current one is Ad Hoc Committee.
