In my registered housing society of 7 members in Nerul Navi Mumbai
two members are from the same family. i.e. one flat is owned by husband and the other is by wife. Is this permissible? will they have separate voting rights in the AGM? if so, will it not be easier for them to garner majority support for their whims & fancies ?

Yes. That is the legal possible and if two members can carries the rest as per their “whimsies and fancies” nothing can be done except any thing do can be proved as illegal or in breach of Bte Laws. Why does one think that husband wife owning two flats one each in their names is a threat to objective decision making.
