I am from Hyderabad. I have purchased a flat in an apartment which is 23 years old. The builder has given parking allotment letter to all the flat owners except my seller as my seller got the flat through court settlement deed from the landlord(who is the brother of my seller) & developer.
In the court settlement deed it is clearly mentioned that my seller got undivided right in common areas, parking & all the amenities of the apartment.
I would like to inform you that there is provision for one car parking in the apartment common area which was given to outsiders on rental basis & my apartment owners have formed a CHS long back.
Now my question is how to protect my interest in parking of my vehicle.
