Our Society adopted the new bye laws as per the latest print out made by housing federation in December2014-January 2015. Do you suggest that even those are incomplete and societies have to make the corrections suggested by you, before filing the amended bye laws with registrar for registration?

Yes. There are inconsistencies in new bye laws 2014 and it is in the interest of every CHS that suggested amendments are carried out. i will be sending few more Articles giving justification for those amendments which can be included in the application for filing amendments for registration by Dy. Registrar.
