I stay in Goa,and looking at purchasing a apartment in one of the complex, while going through the documents I have noticed the date of registration of society is much earlier than occupancy certificate , apart from this I saw that on share certificate the mentioned registered no. Is different than what is stamped by rubber stamp on NOC by society, I am all confused .
Can society be registered before receiving the occupancy certificate?

Yes CHS can be registered independent of OC.
