This is regarding society maintenance charges
Requesting you to provide details for maintenance charges (ervice charges/sinking and repair fund) for 1/2 BHK and Shops including bylaws.
We have increased charges to run society properly and decided in AGM as below –
1 BHK – Rs. 50/-
2 BHK – Rs. 70/-
1 Shop – Rs. 100/-
Requesting you please suggest a way since it was decided in AGM.
Please elaborate how to distribute service charges/sinking and repair fund for 1/2 BHK and Shops with updated bye-laws.
Also what are facilities are available for Shops as per the bye-laws

I have always wondered why members are indifferent towards looking up the registered bye laws of their Cooperative Society to find an answer to their questions? I have tried to find out the reasons alo and posted on this site. Even here the are lazy enough to read them.
Now I have decided to answer only those questions by those who provide information as to the year and place of registration of the housing society, a confirmation that they have purchased certified copy of their registered bye laws and according to them which Bye Law No covers their question. Those questioners who fail in this will be given response using assumed data and accuracy of the answer is not guaranteed. For this there will be a penalty of Rs 100 for every question which comes to me without the confirmation. So lets start wih this question itself.
Every members of the Hsg .soc. must purchase the registered bye laws of the society.They will get the answer reg. their question. However,most of the members are not going through the bye-laws and asking the questions. I agree with the vies expressed by shri Naik Saheb.
