Dy Regt co-op housing society R/S Mumbai Maharashtra found on their inspection that MC committee was not elected as per laws hence they asked to go in proper election process From six months they have not
done the full process.
Now they have given papers to pune office but no certificate received. They are caring major work of rs 38 lacks of painting Apple sarkar forwarded my complaint to dy reg .HE phoned me and asked for my remedy. I met him and told that present MC which is not elected as per law has no power to carry major work. He told SGM has asked them to carry work so we cannot do anything. Pl advice how I can take action.

As predicted Mumbai CHSs have entered an era of Chaos post 97th CAA, thanks to poor understanding appreciation of changed law. There is nothing you can do. Some one who should have acted has not done so the reasons best known to him and the so called illegal Committee. Everything is centralised to Pune so one can imagine the Chaos in offing. Try to point out on paper Dy Registrar’s power to supersede the Committee and appoint authrised officer under Section 77A who must organise Election in coordination with Chief Commissioner New SCEA headed by the previous Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar. Chances are nothing will still happen.
