What to do if builder and society is not giving possession and saying he can give possession but forget the corpus and rent money to the member who was abroad and developer and society has given registered undertaking to BMC town planning that he will give the possession to the member and will do alternate accommodation agreement and all benefits which he has given to other members of society while getting IOD and OC of the building.

For breach of any clause of redevelopment agreement you can file a civil suit against the builder for specific performance. Simultaneously go to District Consumer Court as advised in September 2014.
