I hope i am not bothering you with some wierd questions. i wanted some suggestions from you.I will keep it simple .. My Friend has taken a car loan back in the year 2013.Due to some family issues he dint pay Said EMIs to the Bank. A Notice for recovery of 10.000rs was sent to my office and i was asked to pay i agreed to the monthly deduction
from my salary as i dont want to be a defaulter .. however i have some on going issues as m y father is not keepin well and had to apply for a personal loan bt the bank declined looking at these situation .. is there any possible way for me to get out this situation .. its been 17months now that i am paying the installments .. i do get money from the Loan AC holder bt i am unable to get the personal loan and really stuck in a very bad situation.. i am sorry if incase this Email makes no sense for you bt wld appreciate your suggestions..
