My society chairman records voice of member without knowing their knowledge. On the other hand he is also doing fraud against members by saving voice n audio clip in his mobile phone.
In such case what can be done against him?
When I saw this I objected but he said he had power to record voice clip.

It is a trespass in to privacy and a wrong under Torts. There is nothing under Society Act.
