Query of Rajnikant Dave

Sir, one Mrs Late Sudha Thakur made a will for a flat in our society in favour of not her son but for a temple trust before her death. She did not even nominate her only son. The temple trust registrar now claims membership from our society. The matter is in court.

The son, meanwhile went to the Deputy registrar for possession as well as membership of the society. Dy registrar Vasai Maharastra has disqualified my Society’s chairman, Secretary and Treasurer . They have also been debarred from contesting election for five yrs. Their fault was they did not reply the letters from the Deputy Registrar, even though, in reality, the letters were never received by them. Kindly advise in this case at earliest.

TWO ISSUES faced by your housing society

  1. Granting Membership in place of a deceased member who did not register a Nomination for his share/interest in the property of  your housing society.
  2. The Deputy Registrar disqualifying office bearers for failure  to attend to requests for  succession issue.

Before I understand the  competency of the Deputy Registrar to make orders to disqualify office bearers can I have an English Version of the Order of the Deputy Registrar.
