Do The Elected secretary of a housing cooperative society (in Bihar State) had the authority in year 1985 to give power of attorney to Cooperative’s retainer advocate/any other person, power of attorney to execute sale deeds for the plots of society to members of society If anything is not said in the byelaws of the society in this regard.

This Authority is not the subject matter of Bye Laws. This is under Registration of Documents and is subject to State Laws. File an RTI in the concerned district Office where the Registration of Property Documents took place.
