Sir, our is a Cooperative Housing Society in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I seek your guidance in parking related matter.
1.One parking space as per records (records conveyed by builder to Society during handover) belongs to Flat 210.
2.Original member (A) of Flat 210 who had parking slot, had sold flat to builder, and Member (B) brought flat directly from builder. Member (B) who brought Flat 210 has no record of parking (parking receipt, etc).
3.Other member (C) claims that parking was sold to him by member (A), but member (C) is unable to produce any document to prove his claim.
Sir, as per my understanding parking cannot be sold by member without notice to society, so claim of member (C) does not hold good.
Please guide whether member (B) can claim parking slot and what will be procedure.
