In our society the requirement laid down by building dept mcgm is that a flat should not be greater than 45 sq mt. in order to bye-pass this requirement, the builder got approval for two 1bhk plan but physical possession was given for 2 bhk flat completely different from the approved plan.
Thus for forty-eight 2bhk flats 96 agreements were registered ,96 share certificates issued. There are twenty two 1bhk flat. thus 118 flats (96 +22),118 agreement ,118 share certificates, the strength of the M.C will be based on 118 members or 92(physical possession flats no.70 for 2bhk flat +22 for 1bhk flat)
The election of M.C is due,I seek your advice asap.
