If the Committee has served more than half of the full term the Committee can co-opt a member to fill the casual vacancy. Otherwise the Dy Registrar of your Ward has to be informed to make arrangements to fill the Casual vacancy, The Society may not get immediate response from the Dy Registrar but after a reasonable period has lapsed coopion as aforesaid may be done.
