I from Ahmedabad Gujarat I have tenement last 17 year which is situated in road side and not connected with society road. Last 17 year my tenement is not used any purpose. Still I pay society maintenance. Now i give my tenement for office purpose 11 month rent. But society gives oral notice that I cannot give my tenement for office purpose. So please advice me supreme court guidelines.

There is no need for Supreme Court to stop you changing user of a flat in a housing society. You have yourself given in writing that you will not change the user of the flat without prior approval of the committee and if committee does not approve the change that is final.
