We are 27 member Society and I am the secretary of the Society and we are late by 4 months to conduct New Committee Election. Even we ave not started the procedure.
Can you please suggest what we should do in such cases?
Is there any precautionary action we should take? kindly suggest.

File a Report in Form E2 appended to new co-opperative society Rules. In the attachment you will find the link and format of E2. Elections are late in a large number of housing societies on account of delay in appointing Chief Election Commssioner, so do not worry.
You will have to register your society on-line for which there will be a one time expense payable in Registrar’s office and a few bucks speed costs(unavoidable), so meet some clerk there personally. Anybody can go to Registrar’s office.
