The Chairman of our C.H.S. says that under Section 27(2) of the Maharashtra Coop. Societies (Amendment) Act,2013, an Associate Member has only right to attend & vote at the general body meetings & cannot participate in any deliberations/discussions at the general body meetings or have liberty to raise any queries at the meetings.
That privilege is exclusively of the primary member. Please clarify.

In the absence of Primary Member has all the rights in the Meeting of members which a primary member has.
